Our Method

If photographing more than 400 weddings over the course of almost two decades has taught us one thing it's this: amazing light, a beautiful background, and a comfortable subject never go out of style.

Anticipating emotion is our job. We're more than just photographers- we're professional people watchers. Our experience has taught us how to be 60 seconds ahead of each moment, and we're able to read the room and emotions to determine when something is about to happen- never missing a thing.

He picked up a camera at 14, photographed his first wedding at 17, and never looked back. Devoting over half of his life to perfecting his passion, Justin is truly an artist. Every couple compliments his calm demeanor and attention to detail.

On wedding days, you can find him discovering amazing light and beautiful scenery, and capturing portraits and details that stand the test of time. (Oh, and if you offer him a piece of wedding cake, I promise he'll say yes.)

His perfect day off would include photographing a landscape at sunrise, mountain biking, and taking a hike with me and our daughter, Eve.

In college, Ashley told her career advisor she wanted one thing: to help people. It's a gift to see the ways she's done that through photography.

On wedding days, you'll find her cracking a joke to lighten the mood or giving goodbye hugs to your parents before we leave. She's the most talented photographer I know when it comes to capturing genuine candids, but also uses her prior experience as a bridal boutique manager often (like the time she sewed a mother of the bride into a broken dress!)

Her perfect day off would include laying in the sun with a book and an iced chai, and cooking a new recipe for her favorite food critics, Evie and I.
