Kari + Cody :: Powel Crosley Estate Wedding
You might think it would be hard to build a relationship with a client living in NYC, but starting when they came down to Tampa for their engagement session, I can definitely call Kari and Cody friends. Their wedding this past November at the Powel Crosley Estate was nothing short of amazing. You can't go wrong with perfect weather at such a beautiful venue, but Courtney with Fabulously Chic Weddings truly knocked it out of the park. Kari and Cody's storytelling album was so beautiful, and after they sent me one of the most thoughtful and awesome gifts, a bottle of Glenmorangie 18 - Extremely Rare. I'm so thankful for opportunity to be a part of this special day!

Tristan + Les :: Beach Engagement Session
Let me start by saying that these two could not have been easier to photograph. Their natural chemistry is evident in each image, and from the beginning, we were on the same page with ideas, location, and outfits. I was excited immediately following this session, but it turned out even better than I imagined. From their initial email, I knew Tristan and Les spend much of their free time at the beach, so I'm thrilled to have captured not only their love, but a glimpse of their favorite way to spend time together. If I didn't have enough goodness to photograph throughout this session, these two are going to have such a gorgeous wedding at the Powel Crosley Estate this coming November. Side note, I loved their shoot so much, that I returned to this same spot a week later on my day off to enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery. Also, I have to say thank you again to Tristan and Les for bringing me the most delicious macaroons from Datz Dough, and another set for my girlfriend. I'm so thankful for such amazing and thoughtful clients!
Kari + Cody :: Urban Engagement Session
Immediately following this shoot, I honestly texted a few friends about Kari and Cody... I'll chalk it up to branding and possibly good luck, but I just could not believe how great of a fit Kari and Cody were. Which is icing on the cake, because I was already excited about their beautiful wedding coming up this November at the Powel Crosley Estate. I was also really excited to get the opportunity to work with Courtney with Fabulously Chic Weddings again. Kari and Cody were hoping their engagement session would reflect their NYC lifestyle, so I scouted some of my favorite local urban environments. Fortunately, we had the best weather we could ask for, and how stinking cute is their dog Cali? Our love of Shih Tzu's are one of the many things we have in common!
Dan + Vicki :: Powel Crosley Estate Wedding
I'm often asked if it's nerve racking to photograph another photographer's wedding... But the truth is, I find it energizing. In this case, both the bride and the groom are photographers and they could not have made my job any easier! Maybe all their experience shooting seriously inspired them, because I loved their design and detail choices! Of course you can never go wrong at the Powel Crosley Estate, but the florals, cakes, and vintage furniture truly added to their day. It was an absolute honor working with Dan and Vicki, I wish you both nothing but the best!

Every day I feel fortunate to make a career at something I truly love, but when I work with clients like Shannon and Billy, I know I must be doing something right. I just want to be best friends with them. I'm fairly confident that you can see Shannon's sweetness in every image, and Billy is class act and a man after my own heart (anyone notice the Allen Edmonds?) From a super sweet first look, to those amazing film cameras, their day was so perfect, and they definitely deserved it.
